Outline is one of the world's best festivals of electronic music, art, and light, held near Moscow (by the ARMA17 team). In 2026, it was set to take place for the fourth time, but the festival was cancelled on the opening day due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control: the Taldom district administration issued an order cancelling the event.
